MY APPROACH

My work takes place in Jackson County, which is situated on the ancestral lands of the Shasta, Takelma, and Latgawa peoples, who were displaced by colonization and the forced removal of Indigenous peoples to reservations. I recognize today's caretakers of these lands, the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde and the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, and I offer respect and honor to Indigenous sovereignty.

I am the mother of sons and our Oregon roots date back to the late 1800s. I am a 4th generation single mother from a family of hardscrabble women. My work as a massage therapist, somatic practitioner, and psilocybin facilitator is interwoven through the tapestry of my life.

Like many families, ours has been touched by generational wounds and deep scars. Navigating neurodivergence while finding my voice has led me to accept that my differences and familial wounds have shaped me into the woman I am today. By learning to embrace the uniqueness of my journey, I have come to be in awe of this beautiful life. My hope as a non-directive facilitator is to offer the same radical compassion, empathy, and awareness that I would offer to my younger self, to all those seeking to meet themselves on the path.

Decades of personal experience with plant medicine ground my practice, both as an advocate for psilocybin therapy and a licensed facilitator guiding others on their own inner quests. I work closely with Satya Therapeutics to ensure a safe, thoughtful, and protective environment for every client.

No matter where you are in your journey—confronting generational trauma, addressing psychosocial wounds, exploring shadow work, or simply seeking a new perspective—my role as a non-directive facilitator is to remain open, present, and connected. I create a cocoon of deep psychological safety: a nurturing, grounded, and radically empathetic space for you to meet yourself fully on the path.
